SYDENHAM ARTISTS TRAIL 2021

Writer's picture: Linda LitchfieldLinda Litchfield

So excited that the Sydenham Artists Trail is taking place again this year. Last year we had to be "virtual", but this year we can be face-to-face again.

Over the 2 weekends (11/12 and 18/19 September) I will be exhibiting in the Forest Hill School Atrium, 11am to 5pm each day. This is venue no. 8 on the hymn sheet.

I will be showing some new work made during the long months of lockdown as well as some older framed and unframed pieces. Also, I am having a massive studio clearout sale of unframed stitched pieces - so there will be huge deductions in some prices and bargains to be had.

As well as my wall-based work, I will also be selling some more portable, functional items - embroidered pouches, stitched bags and pencil cases, patchwork mats and some hand-made notebooks. Plus cards etc etc.

I am firing up my IZettle card reader, so you can pay by card, cheque or cash as you choose. Free delivery within a reasonable radius if you don't want to be burdened by parcels.

The Anna Lovely Gallery is holding its Summer Open Exhibition to coincide with the Sydenham Artists Trail and this is the piece that I have entered (Red Stitch Sampler, ZigZag).

This exhibition will be viewable on Thursdays to Sundays, 12-6, 11-18 September.

I do hope that you will enjoy the Trail and that I will meet up with many of you over the next two weekends.
